Gerome Q. Banks is a supervisory HR specialist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. He currently manages a team of HR consultants who execute organization design services to assist federal agencies in advancing human capital management in their organizations. A life-long learner and mentor, Gerome is a Doctor of Education, federal talent management strategist, writer, Master Career Coaching Professional, and researcher with 20 years of professional public sector management, strategic HR experience, and an affinity for leader development and federal talent.

Gerome holds a Doctor of Education from Concordia University – Chicago; MBA from the New York Institute of Technology; and B.A. in International Economics from The American University of Paris.
