Eve has worked extensively in Global Fortune 500 companies in creating a holistic approach to Talent Management/Succession Planning, Performance Management, and building a strong Leadership Pipeline. During her corporate roles, she built the leadership development strategies in companies like LexisNexis, Syneos Health and Misys, using the Leadership Pipeline Principles which were introduced to her while at IBM by Stephen Drotter. In addition, she has been entrusted by senior management to support them in building high-performance teams and managing cultural change. She has deep expertise in enabling organizations to deliver talent outcomes and is recognized for her systems thinking in addressing complex business challenges. This combined with her passion for coaching and developing leaders has led to a proven track record of impacting business results.
